How we write the guides
Every guide starts from the questions couples and companies actually ask: how much it costs, what is in season that month, what is allowed in church, how to read a quote. We write for the people planning, not for those selling flowers.
- Figures are indicative industry ranges, stated as such, together with what moves them. They are not price lists from individual florists.
- Rules (town halls, parishes, venues, safety) are given as pointers to check with whoever sets them.
- When we cite a law or official data, the guide has a Sources section linking to the official website.
- We publish no reviews, ratings or rankings, and nobody pays to appear in a guide or a list.
Price ranges
The per-item and per-area price tables use a single data file, shared by every guide and by the budget calculator. We update it by comparing typical quotes, prices florists publish on their own websites and industry estimates.
Updates
Every guide shows the date it was last updated. Cost guides and seasonal guides are the first we review.
Reporting a mistake
If you find something wrong or out of date, write to info@alessandromanzullo.it. We correct it and update the guide's date. How we choose the florists in the directory is explained in our method.
