How the ranges are built
- The ranges come from industry estimates and typical quotes for wedding floral design in Italy, reviewed by our editors.
- They are guide ranges, not price lists: no figure is the price of a single florist, and nobody pays to be listed in the guide.
- Figures cover fresh flowers and labour. Hire items, late-night breakdown, travel and VAT can change the total and must be checked in each quote.
- The number of floral designers comes from the published profiles, checked against each business's official website.

Why ranges and not average prices?
Flower costs vary widely with season, flowers, venue and labour. A national average would be misleading: the ranges show the figures each item usually falls within.
Do the prices include VAT?
Not always. Many Italian quotes show prices before VAT. Read the ranges as an order of magnitude; the VAT rate is set by whoever issues the invoice.
