Who processes the data
The data controller is the editorial team of Flower Designer Italia. For any request about your data, write to the email address at the bottom of every page.
What data and why
Through the quote form you send us the details of your event (occasion, date, place, guests, budget, preferences) and your contacts (name, email, phone if you wish). We use them for one purpose only: forwarding your request to suitable florists, who contact you. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Who we share it with
Only the florists we forward your request to, usually up to three. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them, and never longer than twenty-four months.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling cookies or advertising tools. It only stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser.
