Questions about the guided search
How are the floral designers I see at the end chosen?
We match your answers with the details in the profiles: occasion, region, style, languages spoken and services. The more criteria match, the higher the professional appears in the list. It is not a quality ranking.
Do I have to leave my details to see the results?
No. The results appear straight away, with no sign-up. Your details are only needed if you decide to ask for quotes.
Why do some choices remove floral designers from the list?
The region of the event and the language, if you do not speak Italian, are requirements: we only show people who work in that area or speak that language. The other choices only change the order.
Can I change an answer?
Yes: on the results page, tap one of the choices in the summary to go back to that step, or start again from the beginning.
